The Tamiya 1/24 Sports Car Series No. 250 Subaru Impreza WRC 2001 Rally of Great Britain The Impreza is a very nice kit to work with. It is highly detailed. Everything fits very well. The body is one piece with a four piece rear spoiler. Its a curbside kit so there is no engine to do. The chassis is done very well. It sports a detailed four wheel drive system. The rear suspension is made up of a 3 seven piece strut suspension with disc brakes. The front suspension is a strut suspension with disc brakes and is poseable. The wheels are pre-painted gold and have internal pins to hold them on the car. The interior has great detail and features two Recaro racing seats, a ten point roll cage, and a racing dash. The kit also comes with a driver and a co-driver figure. The bodies of the figures of the body are made of vinyl and have to be super glued together. There are extra arms for the driver if you want the front wheels turned right or left you would use them to show that the driver is turning the steering wheel. The heads of the figures are plastic and very well detailed. There are metal transfers to use on the mirrors. The windows are a one piece part. Tamiya gives you masks to cover the windshield and rear window so you can paint the shaded areas. Overall, this is another great kit from Tamiya. The only thing I didn’t care for is after all the detail work you have done on the chassis you have to put skid plates and they cover all of the work you put in to it.

Additional thanks to ATM Hobby for providing this kit
