The Enzo Ferrari was named after the founder of the Ferrari Company and nothing was spared. This car is faster than most race cars with a 6 liter V-12 and a horsepower rating of 650-660. Originally only 349 cars were planned to be built however production was around 400 cars. The Enzo Ferrari was only produced in two colors; yellow or red with a list price of almost $700,000 and according to Revell’s instruction sheet only about 70 of these cars made it to the United States.

For the Modeler: This is the Revell 1:24 Enzo Ferrari Model kit #85-2192. It’s a skill level 3 model kit that includes 151 pieces molded in; white, clear, clear red, chrome, along with black screen mesh, black vinyl tires and water slide decals. The finished dimensions are L-7.5” X W-3.75” X H-2”.

Covered in this Review: If you want to perfect your build; basic construction; preparing parts for better finishing; adhesive selections and applications; paint selection and application; alternate assembly sequences; decal preparation and application; the importance of test fitting; detailed engine construction elements; seam identification; interior detailing; using screen mesh to enhance the intakes; modification notes for panel fit; and optional decal use are all fully examined in this pictorial 13 page, full-color Step-by-Step review.
