One of the last real forms of self expression can be found here on the open road, that’s where you’ll find the American chopper. There are no two choppers exactly alike. Every part is carefully hand picked until it is just right, the right wheels the right forks the right tank; front to back it has got to be just right. Then it is time to hit the road, very popular in the 70’s and found in movies like Easy Rider and Choppertown.

For the Modeler: This review covers the Custom Chopper Set by RM Kustom 1:12 Scale Revell Model Kit #85-7324. You’ll enjoy building this chopper kit from the various versions included. From the gas tank, to the rims to the seats and belt covers, the kit is a 000b great build with only minor issues.  Covered in this review of the re-release of RM Kustoms chopper (with different variations from the three previous releases) the kit comes with 74 parts and is a skill level 5. Molded in white, clear and chrome with vinyl tires.  It features multiple waterslide decal choices  with crisp edges and flawless adhesion. This is one of the nicest motorcycle kits I have built in quite a while.  This build is straight-forward and easy to follow. Just remember to test fit your parts and remove the plating from the chrome parts where glue is required.  Overall dimensions of the finished kit: L 8.75″ x H 5″ from the ground to the top of handle bars.
