As part of Revell’s Selected Subjects Program, they’ve re-released their popular 1926 Mack® model AC “Bulldog” under the Monogram label. This incredibly durable and reliable truck design gave rise to the expression, “Built like a Mack truck!”

For the Modeler: Assembly time: Approximately 23 hours for this kit. Finished Dimensions: Length: 10 1/2” Height: 4” Width: 3 1/2” Pros: Well-proportioned kit of an interesting subject; good detail on moldings; decals and optional parts allow for build variations. Cons: This kit is molded in brittle, translucent bright red plastic; repairing short shots; filling ejector pin marks; instruction errors, finishing and weathering details are all fully examined in the Step-by-Step review

  If the Revell Snap Tite Star Wars™ Anakin’s Jedi Starfighter™ wasn’t enough, we’ve taken this model kit to a new level by adding some dramatic lighting effects! No matter what your subject model is, we’ll take you through the steps to Light ‘em Up!

  Joining the line of fully-licensed Star Wars™ kits in Revell’s Snap Tite line is a replica of Anakin’s Delta-7B Starfighter.  This kit came fully decorated out of the box. In addition to the features of the Magnaguard Fighter (RoR Review 20100130), this kit has extensive factory-applied weathering.

  As part of the review of this kit, we thought it would be interesting to take the kit beyond box stock.  A common feature on space sci-fi craft is glow coming from the engines – we wanted to see if it could be simulated with LED lighting.

  For those wishing to make this a simple snap-together kit, don’t worry – it fits together well, builds quickly, and all of the modifications we made to the kit are purely optional.
