How to Build the 1986 Indy Pace Car Corvette 1-25 Scale MPC Model Kit #6213 Review
Review and Photos for Right On Replicas, LLC by Alan Mann
For the modeler: While the box may give limited notice to the options in the box, the kit contains all the items needed to build the 1986 Indy 500 pace car that was driven by the legendary Chuck Yeager. This review covers the ORIGINAL RELEASE of the MPC Chevrolet Corvette Roadster. This was a 3n1 kit that included Stock and Custom parts plus Indy 500 Pace Car
parts. This car is long out of production but can be found online easily. MPC/AMT did release this kit in other box arts and as a three car set also. The kit is 1/25 scale and I would rate it a skill level 2 for the intermediate builder. The kit has over 130 parts molded in Yellow, Chrome, Clear and Clear Red. You get two2 sets of Vinyl tires and Waterslide decals. Even after 30 years the decals were still in usable condition with only minimal yellowing. The instruction sheet is a well detailed fold-out style. The kit build is straight-forward with the motor then chassis and interior and body. Detail is quite nice for a kit of this age and fit and finish was good. Overall construction of the car was quite nice and the kit is a solid build. Dimensions are: Length: 7â€, Width: 3â€, height: 2â€.

How to Build the Star Trek Enterprise NCC-170-D 1:1400 Scale AMT Model Kit #955 Review

Review and Photos for Right On Replicas, LLC by Alan Mann
For the modeler: This review covers the re-release of the AMT U.S.S Enterprise NCC1701D from Star Trek, The Next Generation TV Show. Round2 has Re-Popped this under the AMT brand and it is Kit #AMT955 in the current catalog. It is a Skill Level 2 for ages 10 and up. This kit has seen multiple releases and this is not the first ALL CLEAR version, in fact the
previous version included AZTEC decals that are now sold as an Add-on package. The kit comes in 35 Clear parts with a Black dome base and Metal rod for it to be displayed on. The decals included have the major registry and windows. The kit can be displayed as the whole ship or as a two piece with the saucer section separate in the “Battle Modeâ€. Overall the ship is just over 18 inches long, 14 inches wide and on the stand sits almost 9 inches tall.

How to Build the Custom Cadillac Lowrider 1-25 Scale Revell Model Kit #85-4438 Review

Review and Photos for Right On Replicas, LLC by Alan Mann
For the modeler: This review covers the re-release of the Revell 1984 Cadillac Lowrider in 1/25 scale. This kit has been produced in a few different forms and box arts. Revell lists this as Kit # 85-4438 in the current catalog and it is available in hobby shops and online store. This is a Skill Level 5 kit for more advanced builders and requires paint and glue for
assembly. There are 110 parts molded in White, Chrome and Clear and includes Vinyl tires, Screws, Metal pins and Axles. The build is straight forward and specific with no additional parts for variations of wheel choices, you only get ride height and grille choice. The motor looks nice built but is simplistic. The chassis is nicely detailed and looks good assembled. The interior is well detailed and includes an opening trunk with speakers and batteries. The body is straight with nice sharp detail and the moldings are easy to trim with foil. Decals are waterslide and include only Purple trim. You get the typical book format instruction sheet Revell is known for. Overall dimensions are: Length: 9″, Width: 3-1/2″, Height: 2-1/8″.
